For teaching roles, we prefer faculty members from esteemed institutions such as IITs, NITs, and BITS.
However, we welcome exceptional
educators from other backgrounds who demonstrate expertise and a strong commitment to teaching.
For management positions, we value candidates with an MBA from reputed universities. Nevertheless,
professionals with at least two years of
experience in nationally recognized organizations are encouraged to apply, even without an MBA.
